We will assist in answering any questions you may have regarding your insurance. If you are insured, you are required to have a valid card in your possession at the time medical care is requested. Co-payments are required at the time of service. If you are not insured, payment in full is expected at the time of service. For your convenience we accept cash, checks, and major credit cards.
